The SLIX
Modular System
A  stretcher which is ideal for very tight sections may not be so good for carrying in large sections.
Conversely a larger  stretcher may not even get to the casualty.

The SLIX Modular System allows the widest possible combination so the rescue squad can transport
the casualty securely in different format stretchers WITHOUT decanting the casualty.

The SLIX Modular System consists of five stretchers and a Spinal Splint.

1. The SLIX100 . A full body  stretcher with full  vertical and horizontal hauling capability. Accepts the SLIX Spinal Splint, SLIX75, the SLIX50, the SLIX50 Combined and the new SLIXRR.

2. The SLIX75. A full length half wraparound stretcher which allows arms out with full lower body containment and vertical hauling capability. The SLIX75 fits into the SLIX100 MKll and accepts the SLIX50 and SLIX50 Combined.

3. The SLIX50 Combined. An arms out short body wraparound  with an integral Spinal Splint and vertical hauling capacity. The SLIX50 Combined fits into the SLIX75 & the SLIX100.

4. The SLIX50. The same configuration as the SLIX50 Combined but without a built in Spinal Splint.

5. The SLIX RR Rapid response. Very fast application. Will fit direct into the SLIX100.

6. The SLIX Spinal Splint. Used with all SLIX stretchers except the SLIX50 Combined, which has a built in Spinal Splint.
The Spinal Splint locates positively into the stretchers. The casualty may be packaged into the Spinal Splint with it fitted into the stretcher or packaged into the Spinal Splint remotely - and then fitted to the stretcher.
