JA&RE REACT rescue equipment is ONLY for use by trained persons. It is the responsibility of the user to be trained in appropriate confined space rescue techniques and first aid techniques, (if applicable), BEFORE using REACT equipment. THE LIFE OF THE CASUALTY DEPENDS UPON YOUR TRAINING AND SKILL.
Confined space rescue, the most demanding rescue discipline.
Confined space? Any enclosed area - for example a railway tunnel or sewer, spaces within a collapsed
building, a cave or mine, the confines of ships and submarines - and everything between.
JA&RE REACT addresses ALL aspects of secure casualty evacuation from confined spaces. A casualty demands the best care and security - but we do have to get them out so JA&RE also considers the rescuers requirements.
The SLIX range of stretchers has been developed through 35 years of confined space rescue experience with the security of the casualty paramount but combined with the needs of the rescuer.
It’s no use having a stretcher that needs a degree in engineering to apply and use.
There is no ‘best stretcher’. The variety of terrain that has to be negotiated in simply cannot be undertaken with one ‘do it all’ stretcher. To be able to match the stretcher to the task - without compromising the security or stability of the casualty is the aim.
Uniquely, with the SLIX Modular system a team has that choice.
All SLIX stretchers have built in haul/lower and security line attachment points and user replaceable closure
and carry straps for lower maintenance costs and to keep your stretcher online.
The SLIX range has a high specification, is extremely robust and is perhaps
the most versatile system available.
Simplicity and Security.
We are not an agent - we design, make and use these stretchers.
